NEWS– The Uganda People’s Defense Forces UPDF have put out of action 11 suspected Allied Democratic Forces-ADF in Ntoroko District gunfire exchange.
Defence Public Relations Officer Brig. Gen. Felix Kalaigye confided to the press that an estimated 20-30 ADF fighters crossed River Semiliki into Kyanja in Ntoroko District.
“Our intelligence got wind of them and they were intercepted. Afight is on decisively to deal with the group” said Kulaigye.
Bug. Gen. Kulaigye added that 11 of them have been put out of action.
Hundred of residents were seen fleeing their homes in Bweramule Sub County on Tuesday morning following a suspected ADF raid.
