NEWS- National Resistance Movement Members in Kasese Municipality have hailed the office of the executive Director Uganda youth forum, Leonard Immanishimwe in the office of the first lady Janet Kataha Museveni for the positive support towards development in the municipality.
The development was sounded by Mrs. Kanyina Rose while receiving a donation of Ugx 1 million from Imanishimwe towards the graduation and give a way ceremony of her daughter Patricia Kanyina in a National Resistance Movement Members mobilization party meeting for the function at the Legends in Nyamwamba Division of Kasese Municipality.
Kanyina, who is a strong supporter of the National Résistance Movement party in Kasese Municipality, says the office of executive Director Uganda youth forum has played a big role especially in supporting the education of both girls and boys in the municipality, especially lobbying state house scholarships.
Saidi Kasiba the personal secretary to Leonard Immanishimwe who also doubles as the Councilor representing Kanyangeya ward to Kasese Municipal council who delivered the support told the congregation to embrace education of their children which according to him was among the pillars of development to the families and the community at large.
Kasiba warned parents against engaging their children in early marriages and quickly advised those who have dropped out of school to also embrace vocational skills for self employment.
