SHEEMA- Ryakasinga Centre for Higher Education boyas are the Sheema district champions for the Post primary soccer galla Competitions (Secondary Schools).
Ryakasinga CHE defeated Kabwohe Muslim School by a goal to nil in a thriller that was played in Kabwohe.
Ryakasinga had defeated Butsibo Secondary by a goal to nil in the semi finals while Kabwohe Muslim ejected Kitagata Secondary by three goals to nil.
For the girls, Sheema Girls School became the district champions after beating Shuuku Vocational by a goal to nil.
Each district in greater Bushenyi will present 4 teams at the Sub – region level. The districts are Sheema, Rubirizi, Buhweju, Bushenyi and Mitooma. Some districts like Bushenyi and Sheema will have an additional number of teams at regional level being that they also have municipality statuses.
Now in Sheema, for boys, Ryakasinga CHE, Kabwohe Muslim, Kitagata Secondary and Butsibo Secondary Schools have already booked their places at the sub-region level.
For the girls, Sheema Girls, Ryakasinga CHE, Shuuku and Ntare High School Kiziba have also qualified as they wait for other school teams that have qualified from other districts.
