President Museveni opens 10 Day NRM Parliamentary Caucus in Kyankwanzi

NEWS- The National Resistance Movement National Chairman Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni accompanied by the First Lady Maama Janet Museveni, has on May 28th afternoon arrived at the National Leadership Institute in Kyankwanzi where he officially opened the 10-day Parliamentary Caucus.

The President was received by the Vice President Maj Jessica Alupo, Prime Minister, Rt Hon Robinah Nabbanja, the NRM Secretary-General, Hon. Richard Todwong, Ministers and the Government Chief Whip Hon Hamson Obua. 

The President gave a keynote address on the role of leaders in exponentially increasing household incomes and wealth creation.

The President emphasized that there will be Zero tolerance to corruption and said that the new State House Anti corruption Unit will leave no stone unturned to deal with the corrupt in all government departments and agencies. 

According to the NRM Chief whip, the party members will use the 10 days meeting to discuss party issues and also strategies for the party primary elections in 2025.
