Christians warned against involvement in witchcraft

NTUNGAMO– The Sacred Heart Ntungamo Catholic parish priest Rev Fr John Baptist Tumusiime has commended parishioners normally seeking God’s faithfulness to bless their newly constructed houses.

Rev Fr Tumusiime condemned the increased acts of some Christians who rush to seek witchcraft after achievements instead of Benedict their achievements to God.

He made remarks on Sunday during baptism, Thanksgiving and house warming mass in the family of Mugarura Nesta the director of NAMU Electronics in cell 9 Ntungamo municipality.

Rev Fr Tumusiime reminded them to always thank God the only giver of life who makes things happen.

He thanked the family of Mugarura Nesta and his wife for bringing their three children and newly constructed house to God.

Rev Fr Tumusiime was flanked by the catechist Maurice Korubaro and St Cecilia choir. 

Mugarura Nesta the director of NAMU Electronics Ntungamo and his wife thanked the Ntungamo business community for their support.

He hailed their parents for nurturing and educating them to be what they are.

The Emeritus LCV Ntungamo Dennis Singahache encouraged parents and the general public at large to invest in education for their children and urgued them to embrace business.

The baptised children are Nabimanya Brandon, Naijuka Bright and Nasaasira Bridget.
